1. Be kind
2. Be prepared and on time 3. Be your best Late Assignment PolicyIn order to keep up with the pace of curriculum requirements, allow adequate opportunity for issuing feedback, and meet grade reporting deadlines, assignments are expected to be completed by their due dates.
If you are unable to meet a deadline, please negotiate an alternate due date with me beforehand. If you fail to do this, a detention will be issued in order to allow you the opportunity to make up your missing work. If the work is not completed by the time it is graded and returned to the rest of the class, it will no longer be accepted. An alternative assignment may be issued at a future date. I graduated from Simon Fraser University, where I completed a Bachelor of History Degree as well as a Bachelor of Education Degree with a minor in Curriculum Development. In 2014 I obtained a Masters Degree in Educational Technology and Learning Design from Simon Fraser University. I have been at Elgin Park Secondary since 2013, and it is an amazing school with some of the brightest and most gifted students that I have ever worked with.
